CHILDERSBURG, Ala. – TigerFest is a fun, annual community event that celebrates the start of a new school year at Childersburg High School (CHS). The 2024 edition is scheduled for Friday, Aug. 2 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the CHS football stadium.
It’s a “meet and greet” for students, administration, faculty, staff, and lots of community partners. While it’s always full of family fun, there are plenty of new additions to TigerFest this year, culminating in a fireworks show!
School-related booths will include school supplies, the opportunity to meet teachers, club information for ‘24-’25 sports teams, and a pep rally.
There will also be food trucks, a foam pit, all sorts of games for kids, face painting, a fire truck, and a train.
To become a community vendor, register with the Childersburg Parks and Recreation department.
