CHILDERSBURG, Ala. – The Childersburg Parks and Recreation is gearing up to host the 15U Southwest Regional Baseball Tournament.
Eight teams will be traveling to the historic city this weekend to compete for a regional title.
“This is huge for Childersburg and our community,” said Childersburg Park and Rec director, Anthony Murphy. “Not only is this huge for the parks and Rec. but for our businesses like restaurants, convenience stores and hotels. We are excited about this tournament and we want to invite everyone to come out and watch some good baseball.”
Here is a list of teams participating in the tournament, along with a pool play schedule.
The top two teams from each pool play bracket will advance to the semifinals on Monday.
The semifinals and championship game will be single elimination.
