Childersburg Police: No update on Saturday shooting-related fatality

CHILDERSBURG, Ala. – Nearly two days have passed since Saturday’s shooting-related fatality in Childersburg.

The shooting occurred Saturday night off Veaslett Ln. in a trailer park community. The Childersburg Police Department responded along with Talladega County Sheriff’s Office and the Talladega County District Attorney’s Office.

SylacaugaNews.com spoke with Lt. Kevin Koss CPD with the  Monday morning to inquire of any updates to the case.

Koss told SylacaugaNews.com CPD is not ready to release any new information regarding the shooting fatality.
