CHILDERSBURG, Ala. – Childersburg Parks and Recreation will host the Picklemania 24 kids pickleball tournament this Saturday, Oct. 12, from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
The event features a glow-in-the-dark twist, adding excitement for both participants and spectators.
Fifteen teams have registered for the tournament, which includes two divisions: a Kids Division for ages 10-14 and a Kid/Adult Division for ages 8-12. Children aged 10-12 have the option to compete in either division.
A skills contest will also be held during the event.
Registration closed on Friday, Oct. 4, but community members are encouraged to come out and support the young players in this day filled with competition.
