CHILDERSBURG, Ala. – The Childersburg Fire Department (CFD) is thrilled to announce that Santa Claus will be visiting Childersburg to spread holiday joy to all the wonderful boys and girls in the community! In a memorable holiday tradition, Santa will begin his route on Saturday, Dec. 21, at 4:00 p.m.
The CFD encourages everyone to step outside and wave to Santa as he makes his way through the streets of Childersburg!
Please note that the route may be delayed or canceled if the department is dispatched to a fire emergency. In such cases, updates will be posted on the Childersburg Fire Department’s Facebook Page, which will be the primary source of information.
Childersburg Fire will also bring back their “Santa Tracker” feature, allowing you to follow Santa’s location in real time. A link to the tracker will be posted on the Childersburg Fire Department Facebook page later in the week.

Santa will conclude his route back at the Fire Station, where he will be sent off to the North Pole. The entire crew from Childersburg Fire and Rescue hopes everyone can join them in celebrating this magical tradition.
