WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Representative Mike Rogers received a special visit from Cheaha Regional Head Start representatives, Kelly Mumper and Kay Jennings, on Wednesday.
Rogers visited with Mumper and Jennings and posed for a picture, holding up art work from the children in their program.
Cheaha Regional Head Start is a non-profit program serving Calhoun, Clay, Cleburne, Coosa, Randolph and Talladega counties. It is funded by volunteers, donors, and the Office of Head Start. The program was established in 1983 and is a division of TCR Child Care Corporation. It is funded to serve 858 children and families.
