SYLACAUGA, Ala. – Isabel Anderson Comer Museum & Arts Center will host their “Chair Art-Y Auction” fundraising event on Sunday, October 20, from 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Old chairs have been given new life in an array of creative styles from whimsical to elegant by artists and friends in the community in support of the Museum. Look at just some of the beautiful chairs up for bid and there is a lot more.
There will be a live auction, silent auction and reception. The reception will include hors d’oeurves and beverages. Admission is free. Museum Director Donna Rentfrow invites everyone, “Come out and enjoy a fun afternoon while supporting your local museum!”
Regular museum hours are Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
