ALEXANDER CITY, Ala. – Central Alabama Community College and Purdue Global have entered into a new partnership aimed at helping students continue their education through an affordable and flexible online pathway.
Under the agreement, students who earn associate degrees from Central Alabama Community College will receive guaranteed admission to Purdue Global, provided they meet degree requirements. The partnership allows graduates to pursue bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees through Purdue’s online university for working adults.
The agreement also includes tuition discounts for eligible students. Purdue Global will offer a 20 percent reduction in tuition for undergraduate programs, a 14 percent discount for graduate programs, and a 10 percent discount for doctoral programs.
CACC President Jeff Lynn said the partnership expands opportunities for students seeking to advance their education while balancing work and family responsibilities.
“This partnership reflects our shared commitment to creating more flexibility for working students,” Lynn said. “Being able to access Purdue Global’s 175-plus online programs will help CACC graduates achieve their career goals and ultimately strengthen families across Central Alabama.”
College officials said the partnership is designed to support workforce development and increase access to higher education for students throughout the region.
Purdue Global specializes in online education tailored to adult learners, offering programs that emphasize academic and professional skill development with flexible scheduling options.
