ALEXANDER CITY, Ala. – Central Alabama Community College (CACC) is now accepting new members for its Educational Talent Search program, aimed at helping high school students achieve academic success and prepare for college.
This free program, funded by the U.S. Department of Education, offers a range of services to high school students in grades 9-12, including college advisement, SAT/ACT preparation, life skills workshops, and financial literacy education.
Participants can also benefit from career exploration, FAFSA assistance, academic workshops, tutoring, college tours, and various cultural experiences.
The program targets students eligible for free lunch and those who are first-generation college-bound.
The initiative supports students from B.B. Comer, Benjamin Russell, Coosa-Central, Clay-Central, Dadeville, Horseshoe Bend, Lincoln, Reeltown, Sylacauga, and Winterboro.
