SYLACAUGA Ala.- After 33 years of business, Buttons and Bows Boutique is saying goodbye to its storefront on Broadway Ave. However, the shop will not be closing down for good.
Buttons and Bows is moving online to continue serving its customers.
Buttons and Bows opened 33 years ago in Victorian Village, before making the move to Broadway. The shop has served the people of its community through countless life events, holidays, and three generations.
“During the stay at home quarantine, I was able to spend some extra time with my family,” said store owner Tammy Gardner. “In doing that, I learned just how much my heart and soul needed it. I enjoyed getting to make some sweet memories with my grandchildren, and that is something I want to continue to do. I am grateful to have the opportunity to continue living my dream through social media and our website. The doors on Broadway might be closing, but we aren’t closing up shop just yet.”
Starting this week, all spring and summer merchandise will be marked 40% off.
Gardner encourages customers to share memories and photos of their favorite Buttons and Bows outfits on Facebook.
