SYLACAUGA, Ala. – Each year, the Sylacauga Rotary Club makes a donation to the B.B. Comer Memorial Library in support for their programming.
On Tuesday, the library received a $1,500 donation to support new programs and services.
“We are so thankful for what the Rotary Club has done for the library,” said library director, Tracy Thomas.
Here is a list of programs and services donations have provided in the past.
- Virtual and in-person programs for children of all ages.
- New books in the children’s department
- Upgrading library facilities
- Reupholstered furniture
- Addition of a drive-thru window
