SYLACAUGA, Ala – Around this time last year, there was much uncertainty if high school juniors and seniors would get to attend prom, as the 2019-2020 school year abruptly ended due to COVID-19. However, that is not the case for this years juniors and seniors.
Earlier this month the Talladega County Board of Education made the decision to go back to school 5 days a week. With that decision being made, schools will be allowed to host prom.
Here are the prom dates for Talladega County Schools:
- Childersburg High School – April 10
- B.B. Comer Memorial High – April 10
- Fayetteville High School – April 9
- Winterboro High School – April 17
Sylacauga High School will also host its prom on April 17.
