Allen Oil Company and Allen Brew Market are proud supporters of high school athletics across our community, and this week they’re recognizing Fayetteville Volleyball’s Savannah Thrower as the Allen Brew Market Athlete of the Week.
Thrower, an outside hitter for the Wolves’ volleyball team, has been a force for the Wolves, helping push her team to a number four ranking in Class 1A.
Thrower currently leads the entire state in aces (63), giving Fayetteville a huge advantage every time she steps back to serve. Her ability to take control of a match has played a key role in the Wolves’ success, and it has carried over from last season when she helped Fayetteville reach the regional tournament.
