Polls will be open statewide from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday. Election officials remind voters that anyone in line by 7:00 p.m. will be allowed to cast a ballot.
The winners of Tuesday’s runoff elections will advance to Alabama’s General Election on Tuesday, Nov. 3.
Ahead of the election, Gov. Kay Ivey encouraged residents to participate in the runoff.
“Good government begins with an engaged citizenry, and every Alabama citizen has a responsibility to make their voice heard at the ballot box,” Gov. Ivey said. “It is critical Alabamians get out and vote in Tuesday’s Runoff Election to help choose the leaders who will guide Alabama’s continued success and momentum forward.”
