$2,500 reward offered in search for missing Talladega man

SHARE NOW

TALLADEGA, Ala. – Central Alabama CrimeStoppers is offering a $2,500 updated cash reward for information leading to the whereabouts of Stacey Lynch, who has been missing since Dec. 22, 2020.

Lynch, a Black male who was 19 at the time of his disappearance, would now be 23 years old. He was last seen leaving his home at the Knoxville Homes Apartments in Talladega. Family members say it is unlike him to vanish without a trace, especially without contacting his children.

In a troubling development, a vehicle connected to Lynch was later found abandoned and burned, deepening fears for his safety. Despite extensive efforts by the Talladega Police Department – including interviews, searches and surveillance reviews – no solid leads have emerged.

Lynch is identifiable by tattoos on his face, neck, forearm, and abdomen.

Authorities urge anyone with information to contact the Talladega Police Department at (256) 362-4162 or submit an anonymous tip by calling (256) 299-0011.
