SYLACAUGA, Ala. – Local high school baseball players will leave their aluminum bats at home in favor of wooden options as the 2024 Aggie Wood Bat Tournament begins on Monday, March 25, at Walton-Cruise Field.
Sylacauga and Montevallo started proceedings on Monday morning at 10:00, and 11 games in total are scheduled to take place.
The Aggies along with B.B. Comer, Fayetteville, Montevallo, St. Clair County, Thorsby, and Cherokee County make up the playing field.
