ALEXANDER CITY, Ala. – Authorities are offering a reward for information in a double homicide that left two young men dead on Monday afternoon, March 30 in Alexander City.
CrimeStoppers 215STOP announced a $2,000 cash reward for tips leading to the identification and arrest of suspects in the killings.
According to police, officers responded around 1:00 p.m. to the intersection of 3rd St. and 10th Ave. after a 911 caller reported gunfire. When officers arrived, they found a silver Hyundai Elantra with two people inside. Both victims were pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators said the victims were shot multiple times from outside the vehicle.
Authorities identified the victims as Fitzgerald Wilson, 19, and Rafiel Riggins, 20, both of Alexander City.
Police have not released information about possible suspects or a motive in the shooting.
