TALLADEGA COUNTY, Ala. – The Talladega County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a man wanted for a December murder in Munford.
According to TCSO Chief Deputy Josh Tubbs, Jarell Dishon King, 19, has been arrested and charged with one count of capital murder and one count of discharging a firearm into an occupied vehicle. King is from Talladega.
This stems from the death of 26-year-old Corneil Dontavius James after he suffered multiple gunshot wounds in his vehicle at a convenient store on Hwy. 21 in Munford on Dec. 5.
King was found in Gadsden after a warrant was obtained for his arrest. US Marshals, the Gulf Coast Fugitive Task Force and the Etowah County Drug Enforcement Unit assisted in the arrest.
