Sylacauga Parks & Recreation is encouraging the community to start the new year moving at the Trail to a New You 5K, set for Saturday, January 24, 2026, starting at 9:00 a.m. at the scenic Sylaward Trail at Lake Howard. This free run/walk 5K is open to participants of all ages and experience levels.
