May is National Mental Health Month, and Altapointe Health is steppin’ up for mental health Saturday May 4th at Central Park, across from Blue Bell 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. There will be food trucks, live entertainment and a kid’s fun zone. But more importantly, learn more about Altapoint’s Health programs including their Adult Outpatient Services, Children and Adolescent Programs, Substance Abuse Services and Accordia Health Family Medical Care in Rockford.
