Fifth arrest made in 2021 shooting death of Sylacauga man
SYLACAUGA, Ala. - A Birmingham woman, 31-year-old Tahila Myicole Lomax, has been arrested by US Marshalls and is the fifth person indicted in the alleged murder-for-hire of 46-year-old Bradford Franklin Isbell in Sylacauga.
