TALLADEGA, Ala. – The Sylacauga Chamber of Commerce, the Childersburg Area Chamber of Commerce, and the Talladega, Lincoln, and Munford Chamber of Commerce invite the public to attend a legislative roundup featuring the state representatives and senators who speak for Talladega County in Montgomery.
The event will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 2, at the historic Ritz Theatre in Talladega. The program begins at 8:00 a.m.
State Reps. Ben Robbins, District 33, and Steve Hurst, District 35, will be joined by State Sens. Keith Kelley and Lance Bell to provide updates on state government and discuss issues affecting local communities.
Attendees will hear a recap of the most recent legislative session, learn about anticipated issues in the months ahead, and have an opportunity to ask questions.
