CHILDERSBURG, Ala. – Registration is underway for Childersburg’s fall youth sports programs, offering opportunities for children ages 5-12 to participate in cheerleading, tackle football, soccer, and flag football.
Registration is open now through Friday, July 31. Age eligibility is based on a child’s age as of Aug. 1, 2026.
The registration fee for cheerleading, available for ages 5-12, and tackle football, available for ages 9-12, is $120. Soccer and flag football, both offered for children ages 5-12, have an $80 registration fee.
Residents of the Childersburg Housing Authority are eligible to receive half off registration fees.
Parents can register online at childersburg.recdesk.com or in person at the R.S. Limbaugh Community Center. Coaching applications are also available through the same registration website.
City officials encourage families to register early to ensure children have the opportunity to participate in the upcoming fall season. The programs are designed to provide area youth with opportunities for recreation, teamwork, and skill development.
