SYLACAUGA, Ala. – Check out the interview with the US 250 Tour’s Executive Tour Manager, Tony Griffith, ahead of this weekend’s celebration of the 250th anniversary of the United States, taking place this Saturday and Sunday in Childersburg.
David McCurley sat down with Griffith on Tuesday, April 7’s edition of McCurley in the Morning to preview the tour’s upcoming stop in Childersburg.
Griffith highlighted a full day of events on Saturday, April 11, including a ticketed concert at the former John Cox Stadium beginning at 6:00 p.m., featuring performances by Natasha Owens, Kaitlyn Crocker, Griffith, and country artist Easton Corbin. He also shared details about the tour’s “Freedom Village,” set to take place in the First Baptist Church parking lot from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on April 11 and 12.
