MONTGOMERY, Ala. – Four Central Alabama Community College employees were honored at the 2025 Chancellor’s Awards Ceremony during the Alabama Community College Association Conference in Montgomery. The awards, presented by Chancellor Jimmy Baker, recognize excellence across Alabama’s community colleges and highlight individuals who make a clear and lasting impact on their campuses.
Each participating college was invited to nominate one administrator, one support staff member, and two faculty members. For CACC, the process brought forward four professionals whose work consistently reflects commitment, quality, and genuine care for the students and colleagues they serve.
CACC’s 2025 Chancellor’s Award recipients are:
Administrator – Kendal Entrekin
Academic Faculty – Anne-Marie Evans
Technical Faculty – Vanessa Clark
Support Staff Member – Michael McLain
These employees represent a wide range of roles at CACC, but they share a common thread. Each of them brings steadiness, professionalism, and a strong sense of purpose to their work. Whether they are teaching in the classroom, supporting operations across campus, or leading administrative efforts, their influence helps shape the student experience and strengthens the college as a whole.
