TALLADEGA COUNTY, Ala. – Here’s last week’s results for B.B. Comer, Childersburg, Fayetteville, and Sylacauga on the gridiron:
SYLACAUGA – The Aggies got a much needed week off after eight weeks of continuous play. A playoff birth is on the line this week as Chris Smelley’s team travels to Elmore County to take on the Panthers.
FAYETTEVILLE – The Fayetteville Wolves continued their wining ways by capturing their fourth victory in a row and grabbing the third seed in their region for the playoffs. They hammered Woodland, 63-13. Coach Limbaugh’s group will have their final home game of the regular season this Friday as they host Ellwood Christian.
B.B. COMER – The B.B. Comer Tigers fell short on the road Friday night at Dadeville by a score of 26-0. Coach Fossett’s squad will return home this Friday for their last home game as they host the Lee Scott Warriors.
CHILDERSBURG – Coach Matt Zedaker’s team remains winless on the year as they ran into a buzzsaw named Randolph County by losing 42-6. The Tigers will come home for their final region contest of the year as they will host the Dadeville Tigers.
