Here are the results of Tuesday’s municipal run-off election for Sylacauga’s Mayor and City Council, District 4 seats

SYLACAUGA, Ala. – With 51 percent of the total vote, Dr. Matt Hubbard was selected by the Sylacauga community as its next Mayor after Tuesday’s municipal run-off election.

Also decided was the final seat on the City Council, going to Tim Vincent for District 4.

Below are the final voting tallies for each race:

Mayor

Dr. Matt Hubbard – 1,137
Bryan Taunton – 1,091

City Council, District 4

Lee Perryman (Incumbent) – 178
Tim Vincent – 386
