Mayor Wesson said that another coat of interior paint has been scheduled for next week at the new Police/Judicial Building, along with several other issues to be addressed. Soon thereafter, the Police Department will be moving into their new home.

Wesson also addressed the planned paving of Forest Hills Dr. The Rebuild Alabama project will be handled through the Talladega County Engineer and Paving contractor, a move that should ease the burden on the City and save about $20,000 which can be used for more paving.

The location is still to be determined.
