SYLACAUGA, Ala. – Sylacauga City Schools will host an employee recruitment fair on Thursday, March 20, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Sylacauga City Board of Education office.
The district is seeking to fill a variety of positions, including teachers, substitutes, instructional assistants, bus drivers, and child nutrition workers. Those interested in teaching but lacking certification are encouraged to attend and learn about available pathways to certification.
The district is looking to ensure that the best candidates are placed in the right roles to support its mission of Equipping Everyone for Excellence.
The recruitment fair provides an opportunity for job seekers to connect with district representatives, explore available positions, and gain insight into the hiring process. Attendees will have the chance to ask questions, learn about qualifications, and begin the application process.
