ALPINE, Ala. – The Grasmere Community Center plays a vital role in providing resources, support, and a safe space for so many in the Alpine community. It is located at 4290 Glovers Ferry Rd. in Alpine, and a local citizen has stepped up to creatively expand what it has to offer the community it serves.
On Saturday, Feb. 8, the doors open at 4:00 p.m. for a fun community bingo event throughout the evening.
For those in need, they’ll offer help with utility bills as well as giving away baskets loaded with all sorts of household goods.
Entry is a $5 donation.
Organizer Jasmine Swain explains, “By participating in this fundraiser, you’ll be contributing to the building fund, programs, and initiatives that empower lives and strengthen our community.”
