SYLACAUGA, Ala. – A pair of Sylacauga favorites – the Sylacauga Community Playhouse (SCP) and Giovanni’s Italian Restaurant – are teaming up this weekend for a fun and entertaining dinner theater experience, titled, “Funeral for a Gangster.”
Shows will be performed, starting at 6:30 p.m. on both Friday and Saturday, Oct. 25-26. Tickets will be available at the door, but seats are limited, so come early.
The murder-mystery features long time SCP member Johnny Davidson as director, leading a large cast that hails from the Sylacauga area, neighboring counties, and all the way from California. There are newcomers, founding SCP members, and plenty in between.
Enjoy your Italian favorites while playing amateur detective tonight and/or Saturday night at Giovanni’s Italian Restaurant, located on Hwy 280 in Sylacauga, next to the Pickle Patch.
