SYLACAUGA, Ala. – The Talladega County Extension Office has announced that Justin Browning of the Sylacauga City Schools (SCS) system has been named one of Alabama’s seven Volunteers of the Year.

Browning is his schools’ 4-H Shooting Sports leader. He serves the Sylacauga High School and Nichols-Lawson Middle School Shotgun Clubs, teaching young people firearm safety and shooting skills for the past decade.
Browning was honored for the hard work and dedication he puts into the 4-H program and helping other youth find their spark.
