Talladega County COVID-19 update

SYLACAUGA, Ala. – COVID-19 numbers are on the rise in Alabama.

Talladega County is currently reporting 3,045 positive COVID-19 cases. Nearly 300 of those cases have been reported in the last two weeks.

There are currently 21,979 total hospitalizations across the state.

Gov. Kay Ivey has extended the mask ordinance in Alabama until Dec. 11.

Remember to wash your hands, wear masks in public, keep your hands away from your face and continue to practice six-feet social distancing.
