Lay Lake Fire Department offering free WiFi for students

SYLACAUGA, Ala. – In an effort to serve their community and insure children have access to internet for the upcoming school year, Lay Lake Fire Department announced they will open their WiFi to the public.

From 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. students can come by the station and download any needed school curriculum, using the guest network.

The fire department asks that visitors not park in front of the bay doors incase of an emergency.
