Free internet service available to Talladega County students through Alabama’s Broadband Connectivity for Students Program

SYLACAUGA, Ala. – Students who receive free or reduced lunch, in Talladega County are eligible to receive free high-speed internet service through the Alabama Broadband Connectivity for Students Program.

Students will receive a letter sometime after Aug. 24 providing details and instructions. The letter will have a prepaid voucher number, which students can use for free high speed internet service through Dec. 30, 2020, and a list of internet service providers that can setup students free service.
