Cox will be a Jag; accepts preferred walk-on offer to South Alabama

SYLACAUGA, Ala. – Sylacauga defensive back Gabe Cox will continue to play college football in the state of Alabama.

Cox announced on his Instagram account he has accepted a preferred walk-on offer to play at South Alabama.

Cox was a multi-year starter at Sylacauga High School playing defensive back. Cox has the ability to play both corner and safety.
