Sylacauga man arrested after burglary investigation at Boothe Appliance

SYLACAUGA, Ala. – The Sylacauga Police Department has arrested a Sylacauga man for allegedly breaking into a Sylacauga business.

57-year-old James Ray Corbin was arrested on Wednesday, July 6, following an investigation into a burglary at Boothe Appliance on West 4th Street in Sylacauga.

Corbin was transported to the Talladega County Jail following his arrest and charged with Burglary 3rd Degree. He is still in the jail on $2,500 bond.

Burglary 3rd Degree is  a class “C” felony worthy of 1-10 years in prison.
