ALPINE, Ala. – The Winterboro vs. Vincent season opener has been canceled due to COVID-19.
Winterboro High School officials were informed early Thursday afternoon, that the Vincent Yellow Jackets would not be traveling to Winterboro for the non-region matchup, due to positive COVID-19 cases among players.
In an abundance of caution, the game was canceled.
The Bulldogs will face Loachapoka on the road on Friday, Aug. 28.
