SYLACAUGA, Ala. – Youth basketball players from the area have an exciting opportunity on the horizon.
Beginning Monday, June 25, Sylacauga High School’s state championship winning basketball staff and players will host a camp for the children in the community..
Titled “Stars of Tomorrow,” the camp is for both girls and boys basketball players grades 1-5 for the 2018-2019 school year.
Coaches William Copland and Derrick Crawford will offer championship winning instruction, along with their respective staffs, in real game scenarios. Players from both the girls and boys teams for SHS will be there teaching these young athletes as well.
Price for each camper will be $25, which includes a t-shirt. Registration fee can be paid upon arrival at the camp.
The camp, hosted at Sylacauga High School, will begin at 8:30 each morning and last until 11:00 from June 25-28.
