Johnson wins District 33; runoff expected in Talladega Co. Probate Judge race
SYLACAUGA, Ala. - In Talladega Co., and statewide, only 23% of registered voters visited the polls on Tuesday. Some 66% voted Republican, while 34% voted Democrat.

Senate allows concealed weapons without permit; SPD chief sees many dangers
MONTGOMERY, Ala. - On Tuesday, The Alabama Senate voted to allow citizens to carry a concealed weapon without a permit.The bill passed through the Senate by a vote of 26-8.
