New hair salon Twisted Beauty holds ribbon-cutting ceremony for official grand opening
SYLACAUGA, Ala. - After soft opening last December, Twisted Beauty hair salon held its official grand opening Wednesday afternoon, June 15, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony put on by the Sylacauga Chamber of Commerce.
