COLUMBIANA, Ala. - Arts and crafts meets nautical nonsense this Saturday, Aug. 26, as the Lay Lake Boat Club's Cardboard Boat Regatta will make waves at Beeswax Park in Columbiana from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
